我现在持TN签证，四月公司帮我申请H1B，九月被RFE补交了材料，十月中收到USCIS denied信, 理由是他们认为提供的资料不足够证明有效的雇用关系。公司准备帮我Appeal。我的问题是：
1.Appeal过程可能要等上半年到一年时间且据说成功率也很低，是吗？
-Right, generally only about 20 to 30% cases will win the H-1 appeal. If your case is just missing some materials/documents, your employer may just file Motion to Reopen (MTR), not appeal, which will make the process faster. So, you may consult an immigration lawyer to see what is better for you to do.

2.在appeal pending期间，我能不能同时让公司明年四月帮我重新File新的H1B申请？
-No.

3.如果Appeal又被拒是否影响公司再继续帮我申请H1B?
-Not affect it.
