-Just bring the I-131 receipt, if any (if don't have it yet, just fill a new Form I-131), passport, I-485 receipt and the evidence of your uncle's illness to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP. There is not any fee for this AP. The evidence of your uncle's illness had better be hospital or Dr. letter (scan it and email it to you, then you translate it into English by yourself)). They can get the emergency AP immediately there (a few hours). They had better make an appointment online, but if it is very urgent, they may just walk-in.
