-If your current H-1 I-94 has expired, you had better wait for the H-1 extension approval (you may use the premium processing to get it approved in 15 days), then do the H-1 transfer and work for the new employer after the H-1 transfer filing. If your current H-1 I-94 does not expire yet, you can do the H-1 transfer now and work for the new employer after the H-1 transfer is filed.
