请教8老师--关于我父亲的绿卡申请

两个月前, 我寄出了IV PACKAGE 给NVC, 这是父亲面试前的最后一道程序(除了体检). 今天收到NVC的来信,说我父亲的申请缺一下材料:

F-Petitioner Marriage Certificate:

F--Petitioner Birth certificate

我确定寄出了父亲的 birth certificate and marriage certificate. 难道是要我的 birth certificate and marriage certificate 吗？但我读他们的ＩＮＳＴＲＵＣＴＩＯＮＳ　时,　他们并没有要这些啊．请８老师指教.　多谢　！
