几年前，跟老公吵架，called９１１，警察来，我说就是想让警察把老公撵出家门。结果警察就把老公撵出家门，没有逮铺令，没有去法庭，什么都没有。但是警察要了我们的驾照，这种情况会影响我们４８５的申请吗？

-As you said, it is not arrest. So, there should not be a record in the system. But I still suggest you to ask the Police Department whether there is an arrest record there. If yes, ask the Police Department to give a copy to you, and then report it in the I-485, and explain it and provide the copy of the record. If there is not record, don't need to report it in the I-485.
