再次请教8老师:父母的AP 还未下来，有事想回国， 如申请AP 的加急服务， 需多长时间能下来呢？10天可以吗？
-They can get it in the local USCIS Office immediately (a few hours). Bring  passport, the I-131 filing receipt and I-485 filing receipt (no fee).

 另外是否需要很充分的理由呢？
-Yes.

是要通过info-pass来完成？
-Had better make an appointment unless it is very urgent.
