10月31号last day, 11月3号公司withdraw h1b sponsorship.目前有2个面试，但是不确定什么时候能拿到offer。估计在11月3号以前转h1b很难。如果2个公司中间有gap，最长可以多久？
-If you have status gap, your H-1 transfer approval may have no I-94, thus you just need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back (no big deal). So, ask your new employer to use premium processing to get the H-1 transfer result in 15 days if you find a job.

除了找工作以外还有没有其他选择，目前工作之前读博士，到目前博士都没有毕业，每学期都enroll。可是学校国际学生办公室回复说是转回学生很难 ，很可能被据。
-Wait for a couple of months to see whether you can get a job. If no, you may just get the I-20 from the school and go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back to study in the Spring Semester.

Because you have the expired H-1 I-94, you should be fine to get the H-1 visa or F-1 visa in China, if necessary.

如果直接回国，也需要明年回 美国论文答辩，以及卖房子。不知道是现在转b2，还是回国再申请b2？

不知道还有没有其他选择。
