女儿在美国持F1签证留学多年，在读大学期间谈了个男朋友，男友是美国公民，后来俩人进了不同的医学院，现都是三年级的学生，准备结婚并申请婚姻绿卡。现有下面问题，望能帮忙解答：

1）如果明年夏天前结婚并申请绿卡，明年夏天延F1签证时会否有问题？
-Should be fine because F-1 extension does not need USCIS approval. She even does not need to keep the F-1 status after she files I-485.

是否要等F1签证延期之后再申请绿卡？

2）如果到后年夏天毕业时绿卡或EAD都还没拿到，F1转J1工作签证会否有同题？
-Fine, but need to get J-1 waiver if she is in J-1 status.

3）不知道是今年底结婚，明年夏天申请绿卡好；还是今年底先订婚，明年夏天再结婚并申请绿卡为好？
-It does not matter as long as your son in-law has enough income to sponsor your daughter green card application. If he does not, he needs to find a joint-sponsor. Any US citizen or green card holder can be a joint-sponsor such as you or his parents, friends, etc.
