As long as u are F-1, no matter where ur son is , he is F-2.

U had better change to F-2 with ur son as dependents of ur Hu*****and together. JusT save some money. if u get a job next year, ur son can transfer to H4... ur hubby can still be F1 or H4

so u keep ur status quo.
