我爸爸的姐姐02年8月帮我爸办了绿卡并且收到approval. (pirority date is Aug 2, 2002)

排期估计明年9-10月可以到.

请问:

1. 可以加我妈上去一起申请吗?
-Yes.

2. 他们明年会用B2 来住半年.排期到,他们要回去中国还是可以人在美国办? (which one is eaier?)
-If the PD is current when they are in US, they can file I-485 within US. Otherwise, they may apply for the immigration visa in China.

3. 如果请律师办,一般费用大概多少? 还是自己填表办很简单?
