您是说这个年龄freeze是从i-130批准日期算, 而不是从i-130申请日期算吗?
-It only can be frozen when the PD is current, not I-130 filing or approval date.
那我现在申请1-130给我弟弟,12年后他现在12岁的女儿是无法受益的, 对吗?
