我公民，父亲去世，母亲在美国，现在为母亲申请绿卡填表：
1。 在G-325A 表中，不知道该把我父亲的信息填在current husband or wives, 还是former husband or wives栏里？ 
-It is in "former husband or wives" part, and put "Deceased" in "Date and Place of Termination of Marriage" item. Because your father passed away, technically your mother is single now (no spouse).
      在 130表的17项中，list spouse and all childeren of your relative, 是否需要把我父亲的信息填上？
-Not necessary because your father has passed away.

2。因为孩子健康的原因，母亲是B2 visa 过来照顾，已经逾期了，是否需要另外的手续表格before file 130 and 485? 
-No. Just provide the copy of the visa page of the passport and the I-94 (print it out online and provide the printed copy).

3. 我现在手里有文件a. 我的出生公证，b.妈妈的出生公证，c. 我的亲属关系公证（有妈妈的名字）, d. 当地派出所开的母女关系证明（一张中文盖章）e. 很旧的户口本复印件（只有我和妈妈的，上面妈妈的名字都写错了）。
