我现在是h-1b,可以帮她调整成h4。 我们还没有帮她交change to h4的申请。好像她应该有2个月的grace period吧，难道必须回国才能重新申请h4 visa 过来吗？
-Because she worked after Oct. 1, it is possible the Change of status application might be affected. But she may just try it and probably it may work (good chance) because USCIS may not find it yet. If it fails, she may get the H-4 visa later in China.
