请问各位老师，我弟弟是澳籍公民，现居澳洲的软件工程师，他有意来美国找工作。我是美国公民，如果
1） 帮他申请姐弟关系的移民，（听说要等10年或更长）是否会影响他美国找工作？有没有移民局规定办移民期间，他不能来美国找工作？
-No problem as long as he can find an employer to sponsor him H-1 or L-1 visa.

2）他来美国找工作最好的途径是什么？直接与雇佣公司递简历，争取H1鉴证?
-Just do what the people normally do in US and ask the employer to sponsor H-1 visa.

当然我会帮他联络工作线索。如果能够找到工作，通过公司申请可能比姐弟移民的途径容易得多。
