【问题】
1、收到USCIS的第一封信时被索取police clearance letter，不明白具体指什么，给他们打电话，他们让我去local USCIS office 问。预约后去问了。USCIS officer 说只要中国的无犯罪记录，照办了。USCIS第二封信到了，说材料不全，没有美国的police clearance letter，I-485被拒。Local USCIS 的InfoPass预约单都在。这个在I-290B的statement说明一下被误导了是不是有点用？
-Not need to address that (useless because the I485 has been denied). Because you hire a lawyer for I-290B, just give the case to the lawyer and he/she will take care of it.
2、母亲目前不在美国，会不会失去I-485申请资格？她实在病得厉害，一时来不了美国。AP明年三月到期。是不是很不利？
-If she win the I-290B, the I-485 will be approved even if she is in China because she had an approved AP before she left.
3、一般I-290B要多长时间，后续在美国的面试可能性是不是很高？
4、这个case转成I-824可能性很大么？
-Not need to file I-824 unless the I-290B denial.
