-You just contact the local USCIS Office about your parents situation and see whether they have any suggestions. The I-485 will be denied no matter what due to your parents' absence in the interview.

-No.

-Yes, but you may provide the physical report done in US, thus some items may not need to do again such as some vaccines.

4. I-824 Part 2选C? Requesting USCIS to notify a US consulate through the national Visa Center that I adjusted status to permanent resident in the US.
-No. You need to select "d".  This form is not related to your parents' I-485.  Their I-485 is considered to be abandoned and USCIS will deny the I-485 some time later. Filing this form is equal to that your parents did not file I-485, thus they need to apply for the immigration visa in China.

-Wrong. You file I-824 to request USCIS to forward your approved I-130 to NVC for processing for your parents to apply for the immigration visa in China.

I-824 is somewhat complicate because this form can be used for many purpose. So, you need to read the I-824 Instructions carefully before you complete the form.

Also, because USCIS will not process your I-824 until your I-130 is approved, so you may not need to file it now and file it after your I-130 is approved. Your I-130 has your father or mother as the I-130 beneficiary, so NVC will process the immigration visa application for them. NVC will contact you for some required documents and fee. You just need to follow the NVC Instructions.  After NVC finish their procedure, they will forward the case to the US Consulate in Guangzhou and the US Consulate will contact your parents for the interview.
