我们上个月递交了身份转换申请（J1-H4). 现在还没有收到APPROVAL NOTICE. 因有事请要到其他国家去一段时间。这样会影响H4的申请？或者应该怎么办？
-If you have got J-1/J-2 waiver, and your spouse has the H-1 approval notice, you will be fine to get the H-4 visa in China to come back. In this case, the pending change of status from J-1 to H-4 will be considered to be abandoned, and it will not affect you to apply for the H-4 visa in China.
