It means reentry permit, not AP, in your case.

这个AP用完回美后，先生的EB1的I140最后却被拒了，然后又申请了另一个EB1， 很快被披了。在此期间，我都是一直maintain H-1 status的，所以即使用过AP但最后先生的I140被拒， 不会影响到我的N-400面试吧？
