I539 因为一直没收到 rfe mail, 所以悲剧了 :(
刚刚file了 motion to reopen, 但是对邮寄地址不确定,根据 I290b的instructions给出的一堆地址:

好像I539符合Any other decision made by a USCIS Service Center (other than a T or U visa related decision or a decision on an N-565), 那就应该是

By the way, the mailing address such as Phoenix Lockbox, Dallas Lockbox, etc. are the USCIS mail collection center (equal to the mailroom in your company). After they receive your case, they will forward it to the correct USCIS Service Center for process.

后来打了客服, 一个小哥说是寄回notice上的地址,就是说哪里处理你的case就寄回那里(vermont),后来我跟他说了上面的链接, 他就说那就寄到phoenix, 他们回再转寄到对应的office....听着他也不确定

所以上来请大侠给点建议, 应该寄到哪里啊? 谢谢啦!


(另外问问有没有除了800-375-5283的客服电话能管事的? 每次打这个电话接线的怎么都像临时工的感觉, 因为一直没收到信, 打了好几次, 总是让等够时间一个月或半个月再打去, 再问点和case有关的细节就一问三不知)
