Sorry , can not type chinese in work
I am us citizen. my mom visited me in April, 2014. I 94 expired 10/22/2014. ( this info from her passport)
Also I can NOT find any info for her I -94 in web site ( only old info) , what do I do? 
-She needs to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection Office to solve this problem. She needs to have the I-94 for the I-485 filing. Find the CBP Deferred Inspection Office at this website (click "70 Deferred Inspections Sites " in the first line):

 I want to apply green card for her, I have to submit all I 130 and I 485 before 10/22/2014, right?

after that do I need file anything for extend the visa?
-No.  Do nothing.

and also what kind form I need file for AP? 
-File I-131 together with the I-485 filing (no fee for I-131).
