-Yes. Because your son still live together with you,  you need to file I-864 and your son needs to file I-864A together with your I-864. You and he need to provide the employment verification letter from your employers, respectively, to prove both of your income in this year for the I-864 and I-864A. Put his income information in Part 6, Person 1 or 2.

-Yes. Although your son has already worked, he still can be considered to be your dependent because he is still living with you.
