请教8老师关于父母绿卡及AP

请问8老师：

1 父母的B2签证过期2个月后我（美国公民）可以给他们申请绿卡吗？

2 如果可以还可以同时申请AP吗？

3 如果可以，用AP回国会不会有问题？因为B2签证已过期。
