-No. You can find one near you in US.

来不急了，我 是OCT ５也就是这星期天的飞机。


我只有明天一天办这事，我拿中文的病危通知书在美国有办法办吗？怎么办呢？我想自己翻译成英文，然后到做公证的地方公证行吗？
-If you can not find a friend around you, you may just translate it into English by yourself and don't need to do any notarization. Emergency AP requirement is not strict and I believe the IO will trust you.
