男的透过家属移民11月份就会来美国，来美国之前想跟女朋友结婚。不知道结婚后女朋友是否马上可以跟着一起来美国，还是要等到男的先去美国，再从美国发出移民申请？
-It seems the man has got immigration visa. If so, the lady can not get the immigration visa using follow-to-join after they get married (marriage occurs after getting immigration visa, too late). So, the man only can file I-130 (F2A category)for the lady after getting married and entering US. Thus, the lady may take a few years (depends how long the F2A priority will become current) to get the immigration visa in China.
