体检也作了, 130 填好了, 485 也填好了, 但是办不了无犯罪记录, 国内没什么亲戚了. 怎么办? 谢谢.
-Not need 无犯罪记录. If the fingerprinting fails, then USCIS may ask for this document, and you can provide it at that time.
