给父母申请绿卡，问几个证明文件的问题

请问8老师：

  1.  我父母的出生证，结婚证都在国内公证了，是不是只呈交公证文件即可，还需要结婚证原件的复印件吗？
  2. 我的出生证明是在98年公证的，是否还有效？当时的公证书没有附Cettified Translation以证明公证文件的英文翻译是true and exact translation，我可以自己写一个证明吗？
