WHO CAN HELP ME TO ANSWER this

I'm supposed to graduate next year. My hu*****and just transferred from F2-F1.
My son also came over as dependent of me on F2 visa. My son is still dependent

of me. I want to go back to see my parents this year or next summer. and I
did not want to take my son with me.

Is it not good if I just let him be the F2 of me and let him stay here while
I'm back to China?

should that influence my renewl of F1 visa?

3>Or should I transfer my son's status to be dependent of my hu*****and and then
I go back to China?

any way, I want to keep him here.

I never went back to China because I was too stressed and my hu*****and did not
transfer status yet. Now I want to go back, and the situation is a little bit
complex!
