我是绿卡身份的时候在国内领养了个孩子，并且以B2身份来美两年了。现在我已经是公民，想给他办绿卡。请问需要填那几种表格?多谢！
-You file I-130 and I-864 with the support documents; your child files I-485, G-325A and I-693 (physical exam report by the Dr.).
Provide the copy of your US citizenship certificate, the child's birth certificate; adoption proof; the evidences of you and your child living together since the adoption such as tax returns, health insurance, which listed the child as your dependent, etc.
