我现在还在学校读master，暑期实习到现在，公司同意明年4月帮我申请，但是我那时还是F1在校学生，想问以实习生身份是否能申请H1.

另外我明年6月毕业，申请H1后，可否还申请opt，

毕业是不是就失去了F1身份
-No until the H-1 is effective.

如果我可以申请H1，并且抽签成功，那我是否可以在10月从opt转h1
-Yes. If the H-1 (cap-subjected) is approved, your OPT will automatically be invalid on Oct. 1 when the H-1 is effective.

如果我可以申请H1，但是抽签不成功，那我是否可以用opt接着工作。
-Yes.
