我是EB2，PD 是2010年1月，两年前filed 485,有EAD，然后排期倒退了，现在一直用EAD工作。现在问题是我刚生完孩子，休完产假回去上班想只做part time，但我看到好象排期快到了，如果排期到了的时候我是part time工作，会对我的绿卡有影响么？多谢您的回答。
-If you receive RFE, as long as your employer (I-140 sponsor) give you a letter indicating that they will still offer you the full time job as the I-140 addressed, you will be fine.
