请问在美国境内 h4 转 j1 现在需要几个月？
-Normally about 3 months, case by case.
j1 签证，在豁免之后，可以递交140 和 485表吗？
-You can file I-140 any time even before the J-1 waive, but I-485 filing is dependent on whether the priority date is current or not after J-1 waiver.
