Then, her I-485 probably will be denied later. She can use TN to work now, but the TN can not be renewed anymore due to I-485 filing (immigration intent). She also can use EAD to work after the TN expires until the I-485 denial in the future. She can file another I-485 when your EB2 PD is current if she is still in TN status at that time (you need to do your I-485 transfer/interfiling from EB3 to EB2 or file another new I-485, so that she can file I-485 again). If her TN expires and she uses EAD, she can not file I-485 again when the PD is current, thus you have to file I-824 for her to get the immigration visa in Canada by following to join.
