我刚从F1转成B1，想走EB5。如果
1。现在递i-526，会对已后续签B1有影响，

即便续签成功，以后也难以转其它非移民签证从而能在美国调整身份（I-485）。
2。先转回F1后再递i-526可以有足够时间在美国等，但不知道再转回F1是否会有额外难度？
-It should be fine. F-1 status can allow you to stay in US for much longer time than B-1 status to wait for the I-526 approval, but it takes time for the change of status from B-1 to F-1, especially the Fall Semester has started and thus you only can get the F-1 for the Spring Semester. You may go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back and then, file I-526.
Anyway, immigration through investment is always tough because you not only need to wait but also risk your money.
