Hi, 8 老师 您好：

我以B2来美国，现想在境内转F-1。

但是，如果转身份被拒后，对回国后再申请旅游或学生签证有何影响？
 不知是否应尝试在美境内转身份？
-Technically, you can change B2 to F-1 within US, but I still suggest you to get the F-1 visa in China to reenter US because the US Consulate does not like people to change B2 to another status in US, thus it may affect your future visa application.
