在转H1b之前回国两次，然后回来转的H1b，但是公司律师用的不是最近入境的那个I94，所以现在换驾照都不行。
公司律师建议要么出境，要么他们重新LCA，file I129。哪个听起来更靠谱些？谢谢！！！
-I don't think you need to do anything. USCIS has approved your H-1 extension and issued you a new H-1 I-94 with the approval (it does not matter for the new I-94 number to be the same or different from any of the previous I-94 numbers), so you have the legal status to continue your work. USCIS also have all your entry and departure record in their system and that is why they approved your H-1 extension. I don't understand why the local DMV office does not allow you to renew your driver license. You can use the new H-1 approval with the H-94 to apply for the driver license and If the DMV Office questions your legal status, they can contact USCIS to verify it as most DMV offices do.
