我申请哥哥一家移民美国现在刚好12年了。今日终于收到美国移民局的来信，这封信其中提到我第一步要去付一个affidavit of support processing fee $88.00 请问这个是什么？
-It is I-864 processing fee which is required for immigration visa application outside US. After you pay it, NVC will send you the Form I-864, then you need to send the completed I-864 to NVC. 

另外一个很重要的是我发现我填写我哥哥的名字时我按照了美国的名字填写方法：例如：我哥哥的名字是王小明，他的身份证和护照上名字 拼写是：Wang. Xiaoming 但是我当初填申请表时却是写 ：first name : Ming Last name: Wang Middle name : Xiao 所以我今日收到信发现他的名字就 变成 Ming Xiao Wang。 同他中国的证件名字 次序不一样。我不知道去签证时会不会是一个问题
-It is not a big deal, but you had better call USCIS to fix it, and also write a letter to USCIS to request them to fix it (do both ways). You need to use the correct name for future documents such as different forms. The correct name is the one in his birth certificate and passport. Normally Chinese people do not have Middle Names. In your case, First Name is "Xiaoming"; and Last name is "Wang". You had better use "Xiaoming Wang" or "Wang, Xiaoming" for regular writing, thus American people will be easily to understand it.
