放弃美国公民后可否拿回绿卡，或重新申请绿卡？

我有一个特殊的问题。我今年初刚加入美国国籍，但发现回国签证很麻烦，而且我父母不准备移民美国，所以觉得还是绿卡最好，很后悔当初没有考虑清楚。现在我还有中国护照，想问一下，如果放弃美国公民，还能拿回绿卡吗？我太太是美国公民，能不能让她帮我申请一个亲属绿卡？万分感谢。
