Obviously your spouse can not get the B2 visa due to his I-485 denial history (that means he has immigration intent. I remember I had suggested you to file I-130 for your spouse to apply for the immigration visa or K-3 visa in Guangzhou about 5 month ago. Why didn't you do that?
