485申请

老师你好。 我有个485的问题。 我的现任雇主帮我申请了eb1b. I-140 今年7月批了。 我的前任雇主帮我省过eb2, priority date 是2009年12月。 我在填写485的时候， 律师说我的#A number eb2 and eb1b是同一个。 这样会造成confusion吗（移民局认为我的pd不是当前的）？ 有什么方法可以避免不必要的延迟呢？ 谢谢。
