我以前没想到这个新成立的小公司（只有两人，我表弟将是业务经理，另一美国公民做财务）能申请Ｈ１-Ｂ。对公司的营业收入有什么要求？需要达到一定'数额才能申请Ｈ１-Ｂ吗？
