父毋在境申请绿卡，7月初递交，8月初已按指纹。AP等待中。打算10月中去墨西哥cruise, 这种情况有签证问题和返美问题吗？他们的I-94 是10中到期。万分感激。
-Unless they got the approved AP in hand, they can not leave US. If they have AP, they can use AP to travel and return to US, no more B2 visa.
