我前妻是公民，当时我的EB2还在排期，所以就在09年办了婚姻绿卡，11年转了永久绿卡，去年前妻要求离婚，就离了，我带着两个小孩一个四岁一个两岁，一人又当爹又当妈，还得上班，有点精疲力尽了。所以，家里介绍了个对象，我想请教，我若申请入籍后，回国结婚，或者给对方申请K签证，会因为我之前的绿卡是婚姻绿卡而遇到麻烦吗？
-If it has been five years or more from the date you got the conditional green card, you will be fine to sponsor your future wife's green card (include K visa first). If less than 5 years, you have to provide convincing evidence to prove your previous marriage was true marriage (it seems not difficult for you to do that).
