我是中国公民，现在在第三国居住和工作，有批准的EB1A的I140

现在填I-824要从adjust of status转为consular processing。请问8老师如果我在I-824的Physical address一栏填我第三国的住址的话，National visa center会把我分配到哪个国家的US consulate做consular processing？

是中国广州的US consulate，还是第三国的US consulate？还是我可以在某个阶段自选？
-If you are not the permanent resident of the 第三国, you have to go to China to apply for the immigration visa (广州的US consulate). You had better your address in China in I-824 as your commination address.

 

这一点对我很重要，因为我在第三国的居住时间有限，如果分配到第三国的US consulate，可能visa interview的时间我已经不在第三国了
