我现在给LD申请由J1换成H4，所需要的材料列表如下，想请8老师帮我看一下：

The materials for changing J1 to H4：

I-539 form
A check of $290
Passport, Visa stamps, new i-94
I-797 visa approval notice, all DS-2019
Marriage certificate
My H1-B approval notice and i-94
A letter for reason to change
