我老板在六月份为我申请PERM online, 因工作需要, 愿意帮助询问the status。 请问何时询问较好？可直接打电话到DOL, 还是打电话到 US Senator/Congressman in my state for help? 如可直接打电话到DOL, 请提供有效的电话号码好吗?
-It is useless to inquire the PERM status in your case because two months are too short for PERM approval. Based on recent cases, normally it takes about 8 to 10 months for a PERM case approval in these days.
