我弟弟的儿子现在美国读私立高中，如果我现在给我弟弟一家申请亲属移民，我有这样几个问题

1 会影响他现在的学生签证吗?
-Yes. He is not considered to have immigration intent at this point (the I-130 filing is for his father, not him).

2 在等待移民的10多年里，他能继续在美国留学吗，包括上大学?
-Yes.
3 如果可以，他在上大学时，还是国际学生吗?
-Yes, F-1 student.
