pjiang老师有"I-131 之样板信"贴子http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/316491.html, 如果只是照此样板出示这样一封自写书信标明理由为处理房产可以通过吗。
-Just write a short statement addressing that your father (or mother) has filed the I-485 application (or file I-485  and I-131concurrently)  and the advance parole application is based on the I-485 case. Then, provide the copy of the I-485 receipt if they filed I-485 already. If they will file I-485 and I-131 concurrently, don't need to provide extra proof.
