我可以在同一家公司换工种而不用从头来办perm， 只要新工作继续sponsor我？
-Correct, but your employer has to indicate to USCIS that you will work for the PERM position (not your new postion) after you get the green card when you file I-485.

因为我的H1b已经四年多了，我担心如果要从头办起，时间不够用。
如果换公司呢？是不是新公司要从头办起?
