perm还没批，可能最快也要到9，10月。 如果要换工作，职位名称发生变化，但还留在同一家公司，需要从头开始办perm 吗？
-As long as you will work for the PERM position after you get the green card, it will be fine no matter what position you work or will work before you get the green card.
