请问８老师， P老师，给父母申请绿卡填I－８６４，其中PART３， ITEM２，("I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition").比如在给父亲的I－８６４表此处，要把母亲列在此处作为FAMILY MEMBER １吗，（父母分别有各自的I－１３０表），相应的ITEM７则应为１还是２。太谢谢了。还是Confuse,不放心.
